Beautiful Blue Florals using Stampin’ Up! UK Flower Shop Bundle
I think it’s safe to say that I had my head very much ‘turned’ by the beautiful Petite Petals bundle and I have absolutely loved using it, but while I didn’t forget my much adored Flower Shop bundle, I had forgotten to remember to use it until someone placed an order for it recently, and that reminded me that it is just as beautiful, just as amazing, and I love it just as much!
So this card is all deep and dark and moody from the Midnight Muse ink and matching Dahlias, but with a little light inside coming from the palest blues of Soft Sky and Pool Party with those sparkly clear Faceted Buttons.
It’s a simple card to build up, and I particularly like how the edges and corners turned out. I wasn’t sure at the point of making it, but it’s rare for me to not commit fully to a project and complete it. I really am a very ‘on a whim’ card maker, so this could have turned out spectacularly badly, but I think it turned out well.
I did have a moment of pondering when thinking of the sentiment, but in the end, as you can see, I chose to use the Sweetly Framed Hostess Exclusive. I love this one. I love that it has great miniaturised motifs as well as that font which isn’t massively dissimilar to my own handwriting. I wonder if that’s why I love it so much?
Anyway, if you’ve perhaps forgotten to remember your Flower Shop bundle, then go grab it, ink up those stamps and get them punched out!
