Non Seasonal Stamping for a very Happy Easter! + Bonus Gift

Oooo, Happy Easter!

I hope that you are taking time to enjoy life and love with those around you, and to remember the season.

My husband and Mum are both working today, but Dad is coming over to spend the day with me and the boys, so we shall be enjoying fellowship with one another.

My children are an incredible blessing to me, and I’m very fortunate that my parents live so close. I just wish that my brothers did too, but we are close, despite the miles.

This card is a deliberate Easter card, despite it not using a stamp set specifically for Easter, but using stamps that I have and would use all year round.

The adorable bunny is from the Baby, We’ve Grown Stamp Set, and while my baby days are probably over now, now that Oliver has turned 3 (a couple of days ago), I do know that my life will be filled with babies being born, so I had no qualms about leaping on the set when it came out!

I stamped him in Smoky Slate ink, then came in with my blender pen and So Saffron stampin’ write marker to colour him, and I picked out that tiny bow with Marina Mist.

And the sentiment. Well, okay, that is a seasonal one, BUT, I deliberately chose it from the Delightful Dozen stamp set. Again, one I have, one I love, and one I use frequently!

My punches of choice were the dual pairing of the Modern Label Punch for the Sentiment and the Decorative Label Punch for the bunny. Love them both!

Oh, and an obligatory So Saffron button had to take a place on this card.

Simple! and of course, swap out that greeting, and you can use this for any youngster at any time of year!
