Heat Embossed Stylish Box Tutorial using Stampin’ Up! supplies
I absolutely adore stylised boxes. Those that aren’t heavily decorated and embellished but pack a load of style into them.
For me, black as a base with a bright colour is super stylish, and I love how this box ended up.
In actual fact though, I was heading in one direction when I started the design process, but decided to add a top that was based on my layering of card fronts, which is how it ended up like this!
It has a slightly different close to my other fold-over type boxes, and as it’s pretty instinctive for me to build in a certain way, I almost forgot to remove certain sections in the video. It did make me giggle, and in the subsequent proof viewing of it after, I did laugh at myself again.
I genuinely laugh and smile while I’m crafting. I may be ever so slightly bonkers, as invariably I’m on my own, but you know, if you can’t laugh with and at yourself, then who can?
I hope you like the video, and the bit of fun in the middle. It’s here online if you’d like to watch via YouTube!
