Clutch Bag Tutorial using ©Stampin’ Up Top Note Die
Who doesn’t love an adorable favour box that looks so girly and feminine as a clutch bag? I am possibly the least ‘girly’ person out there. Yes I do wear makeup and have pretty nails, but you won’t find me wearing a dress or wearing pink, and fluffy or glittery on me isn’t going to happen anytime soon. But, I can’t help but love a pretty bag! I blame my two older brothers, although Mum did do her very best to girlify (it’s a word…) me…
But this bag is modelled on one I made a while back (here!), but this time, it uses only half a sheet of cardstock for the main part and then a section for the top. And that’s where all the Pow and Wow is! that cute Top Note die. The one that is effortlessly versatile, yet I haven’t used it nearly enough. Now that I’ve properly dusted it off, I have a head exploding with ideas, but this time around, I kept it fairly simple.
Everyone always asks me about the magnets. I get them from HERE and they ship really quickly, worldwide.
I hope you like the video, a tad longer than normal, and it does include a brad prototype boo boo. It didn’t want to play at all. I’m glad to be able to pass on the ‘don’t use a brad, it won’t work’ tip to you…
