So Very Grateful for…. Heat Embossing??? Of Course I am!
Well, it’s the So Very Grateful stamp set again. I have loved and adored this set, and I shall be very sad to see it go at the end of June when it leaves our Spring Catalogue.
One would think that with such a bold design, it would be hard to do more than a few things with it, but I have really loved it, and right at the end, I’ll share a gallery of my creations using it!
But today, I decided to use Silver heat embossing powder for the outline, and then used my blender pens for the detail. Specifically Pacific Point (that’s a tongue twister!) for the centre, and Marina Mist for the outer areas, with a splash of Wild Wasabi for the petals.
It’s such a simple card to make, but I wanted it to be all about the flowers, so my greeting is simple too. From the same set, I just heat embossed that aswell, punched it with the Word Window punch and backed it with the Modern Label punch, then added a trio of Basics Rhinestones to the top corner.
I love it! I love the stamps, and will miss them a lot. A lot a lot….
