Stampin’ Up! UK Independent Demonstrator Pootles – Thank You Four (!) Everything Eleanor!
9 days left of the Retiring List. This does stress me very slightly! Gah!!!!
Oh I am so pleased that the Everything Eleanor stamp set and the Four You aren’t retiring! I can breathe a sigh of relief, because EE (we are on nickname terms…) is a wonderful background stamp to use, and I very much love that the look totally changes with a slightly different colour application… Watch this space for a card on Tuesday…
But my card today is in my usual simple style, and funnily enough, when I posted a picture in my craft forum, someone said she didn’t even have to see the name of the person posting to know it was one of my cards!
I decided to use just Smoky Slate card and ink with matching Candy Dots, and then colour accent with Rose Red Ink and Candy Dots.
Isn’t it pretty?
I have used a new punch though, but I can’t give you more detail other than it’s part of a trio that is replacing my beloved, now retired, and now sold out Itty Bitty Shapes. I am so sad. I do love this one though, so not all bad.
I have to confess, this is my second version of this card. The first one I made, I had everything in place except for the Four You stamped sentiment. I stamped straight onto the card. But splodged!
Gah!
So I started all over again. Note to self…. stamp onto the card first…
But I hope you think it was worth building all over again!
