In Colour Thank You Card Tutorial + Sponge Prep Tip
Okay, I’m going to confess, right here, right up front. Yes, I had forgotten to prep my sponge for the brand new colour…
When I originally built the prototype, I’d planned to recreate it in Blackberry Bliss, which DID have a sponge prepped for it, however, when I looked at the growing pile of prepped projects, I realised I was overdosing on that gorgeous colour, and at the last minute, flipped to using Tangelo Twist. But, in my haste to swap colours and not disrupt a carefully laid out set of 10 projects to be filmed, I forgot…
But I did pull it back. Even if you did hear a lot of drawer opening as I reached across my desks to my supplies and to my stationery. What a good job the stapler was right at the front of the desk!
But anyway, coming back to today’s project, I recently sent out a batch of Thank You cards, and I’d made them in the 5 new in colours. I’ve had quite a lot of people coming back to me and saying how lovely everything was, and which sets were they, so I decided to make a video on the.
I know, I’m getting braver in the old card-in-a-video stakes!
I do hope you like it, bonus tip and all! You can watch the video on youtube HERE or further down this post!
