Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Gorgeous Box for 12 Tea Lights Tutorial
SQUEEEEEEEEEAK!!!! How gorgeous are these? Even my husband was impressed, and my Mum, well she’s my biggest support and she adored them too!
I love them! I was thrilled when I spotted the scented tea lights in my local supermarket (Sainsbury’s for those in the UK!), and even more so when I saw they were in packs of 30 for £1.50! BarGain!!!!
And that ridiculously low price point was why I made this box to house 12. Yup, a whole dozen tealights are in each box, which means I can make 2 from one pack of tealights, and still have another half dozen left over. That makes them 65p ish, to buy the contents. Well that’s just a silly price to start with! Then minimal supplies (less than a sheet of card, and barely a whiff of DSP) and it’s a beautiful project for any kind of budget.
But I love it, whether it was expensively made or not, and I really do hope you do too!
The video is here, it’s always best to watch in HD 😉

I love all of your tealight boxes and this one in particular. How difficult would it be to re-create this box for 6 instead of 12 tealights?
Thx.
Thank you Sam for the great idea for my craft show, I am sure the customers will love the tea light box. I’ll let you know, but that will be first in October, so I better get cracking for time flies. Have a great day Sheila x
