Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles 6×6 Designer Series Paper Top Opening Box Tutorial
Oooo, well it wasn’t a deliberate plan that I had 2 sweetie treat boxes in quick succession, but as I’d filmed Wednesday’s project quite a few weeks ago and it fitted well, I decided to carry on anyway!
My box today measures 1 3/8 x 2 3/4 x 1 3/8″ (3.5 x 7 x 3.5cm) when completed, so a great size for diddy sweeties and treats as I’ve shown here.
It doesn’t have an opening at the bottom, that’s a permanent close, but the top does open for your recipient to be able to open, get their gift, then close again and keep for posterity!
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed creating these 6×6 projects for all those in the paper shares, and I do plan to do more over the coming weeks and months.
I’m absolutely staggered that 58 people have taken part in the 6×6 designer series paper shares, and as a result I have now invested in an industrial cutter so that I can keep this on as a permanent offering. Of course, I do order papers in specifically, I don’t stockpile and hold here (as per my SU demonstrator agreement!) but I’m thrilled that ‘groups’ are being created with no problem whatsoever, so buying a share shouldn’t mean too much of a time delay
Anyway, link is HERE to the designer series paper share if you’d like to get involved!
But back to today’s project and the video. I did have fun making this and I hope that you do too. Perhaps you’ll also make an adorable box for your significant other too…!
