But the reason for my patriotic card today is because on Friday just gone, South Hill Designs had the grand opening launch for the UK market. We’ve been here for 6 months, so all prelaunch teething problems are now resolved and we’re a fully fledged market! As well as building my international team in the USA, Canada and Mexico, I’ve welcomed a Quarter of the Entire UK artists into my own team over the 5 months since I joined, and I was thrilled when we added yet more to the team on the one day special on Friday, so the locket and card is to commemorate that really!
It’s a slightly longer card making project that I usually do, but mostly because there is markering going on to get the mixed colour on the stamping, but also because I had a bit of a natter and chatter along the way….
And what do you think to the coloured rhinestones matching the birthstone charms? I do love those blendabilities!!!!

*4.30am Sunday morning… YouTube has been playing silly whatsits for the last 12 hours uploading this video and when I went to bed, just 4 hours ago, it still had 3 hours left to go. I’ve set my alarm to get up and check that it’s uploaded and while it has, it still seems to be ‘processing’, and unfortunately, processing doesn’t show a countdown timer… If it’s not showing correctly, please bear with me, it will be eventually, but I won’t be up early this morning I don’t think, certainly not 7am when it will go live! If there is a problem, I will fix it when I can and then release a follow up blog post, so apologies in advance if it’s not okay right now.*
