Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Get your Santa on with Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities
The love affair between me and the Blendabilities that is….!
I have now got my personal technique down to a happy level, so I will be sharing a tutorial in how I like to use them soon, but I wanted to share another quick make that I did using them
It’s basically as you can see it! A tag with a stamped image on the front, but that’s where all the art work is. In that super cute Santa suit!
I used the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities in the main, and then came in with the Smoky Slate for the boots and Crumb Cake for the hanger, but of course, any decent Santa Suit has to have a little glitter, so I used my two way glue pen in a couple of strategic places on his fur trim with some Dazzling Diamonds glitter to accentuate it.
The tag itself is a 2 x 4″ (5 x 10cm) piece of cardstock punched with the Scallop Tag Topper and the bottom corner rounded with the Project Life Corner Rounder, as was the white layer (1 3/4 x 2 3/8″ or 6 x 4.5cm)
And then it was all finished with the Whisper White Satin Ribbon and a mini bow made from Silver Taffeta Ribbon.
I think it’s rather cute and would look great on any parcel under the tree this year!
