South Hill Designs & Stampin’ up! Sunday Pinks, Golds, Whites
Well talk about last minute carding here!
I have been excitedly awaiting a new range of products for my South Hill Designs job and knowing that I wanted to bring them into this week’s video, I needed to wait until they were with me before I could design a card. But when they arrived, I was so overwhelmed with the different colours, designs, shapes that I ended up with a bit of crafters block!
But Gorgeous Grunge came to the rescue along with heat embossing powders fortunately in the colours I needed and I came up with a ‘splat’ card that actually looks nicer the more I look at it!
It’s been sat on my desk for the last 24 hours and the more I look at it, the more it sort of draws me in! A bit like one of those Rorschach Ink Blot tests! I see different things each time!
So despite the speed of making, the simplicity of the products used and the gentleness of the colours, the card is definitely a bit of a talking point!
My video doesn’t show the card being made, it literally is just heat embossing with Gold, Blushing Bride and Whisper White powder, but it’s worth it just to see me get a bit over excited about pretty stuffs….!
And as ever, head to my South Hill Designs Blog if you’d like to see more!
