Ah, another week goes by and hasn’t it flown fast!
I had a great birthday on Friday – thank you all for so many lovely well wishes to me, I’m so touched by them all, they made my day!
It’s Mothering Sunday here in the UK today – my poor husband has to cope with 2 gifting occasions in quick succession, but poor little Oliver doesn’t really understand why Mummy has had presents twice and he hasn’t had any…. good job he bought me some chocolates for my birthday, he can share them!
My card and locket combination today though are focusing on this year as being ‘your year’. Whether you’re celebrating a special birthday or anniversary, or maybe a new baby is on the way, or in this case a graduation, 2015 could be your year!
I really wanted to use the Confetti Stars Border Punch that carried over into the Spring Catalogue, and with the Class of 2015 stamp and some glimmer paper, that inspired the locket that I’m sharing over on my South Hill Designs blog today and in the video. Oh and of course, with such a special occasion, I had to make my card blank out of Silver Foil didn’t I!
