Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Petite Petals x 12…. Pretty and Delicate
I love a simple card, and boy, this was not simple.
Okay, it was when creating the elements, but lining it up wasn’t the easiest task out there!
I knew that I wanted a mix of 3 different colours of ink – Smoky Slate, Wisteria Wonder and Marina Mist. And I knew that I wanted a mix of centres – Candy Dots, Pearls, Rhinestones.
That was the easy part.
Then came the alignment. There isn’t a centre on the horizontal as there are 4 rows. There is on the vertical, so I kind of had to eyeball it all and hope for the best.
I’m a maths girl, so prefer precision, but in the end, I went for the age old ‘hit ‘n hope’ method.
Not too shabby!
So a simple card, but not simple!!!

OMG Sam, This is sooooo pretty!
Very pretty and delicate looking. Worth all the work that went into it. Thanks so much.
Creativity is never simple. Your work always speaks the opposite of this. You always seem to manage a stunning creation, that people can recreate. Credit to you Sam, thank you for sharing.
