South Hill Designs & Stampin’ Up! Sunday Huge Bag For A Big Book!
Happy Sunday everyone!
Well as you know, this time last week I was in Miami on a South Hill Designs trip, and while I was there, I got to spend time with a Canadian Artist who I’ve got to know over the last 5 or 6 months.
I know that she’s a huge organisation fan and that she is absolutely addicted to journals.
I wanted to take her a little something with me, but it turned out to be quite a big something!
The journal that’s inside this bag is a whopper! It’s half the size of a piece of cardstock and then pretty blooming deep too!
But of course, although I was at a South Hill event, I couldn’t resist bringing a little bit of Stampin’ Up! with me in the form of a hand made bag.
I do explain how to make a huge bag in the video, but for those who like to gift our Stamp Sets, a clear mount will fit comfortably and there’s definitely room for a stamp set and perhaps a framelit? A Bigz die also fits too….!
I hope you like the video and that you pop over to my South Hill Designs blog too!

So love this SAM and a great size for all the SU stuff that you mention. ooxx
WOW!! this is indeed one BIG box!!! I think it’s the biggest I’ve ever seen you make Sam and what a wonderful box it is, just beautiful.
You had me laughing when that score tape didn’t want to cooperate, just so darn funny. Thank you for another wonderful video. 🙂
“Why not have a smooth, rounded bottom?” Why not, indeed? LOL Thanks for the laugh, and thanks for another wonderful project!
and BTW, I like how these will store flat until I’m ready to give them to my sons. I’ll just have to remove the red plastic strips, and zippedey-do-dah, done!
I love this bag – not only because I buy Notebooks similar to the one you bought – but I just think the bag is soooo classy – I love it!!! Though the chevron pattern was playing havoc with my eyes – LOL! Really, really like this Sam, oh it is gorgeous! Thanks for another great project! x
