Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Soft Sky World of Dreams
Ah, such a pretty colour combination! I love Sahara Sand, and I love beautiful phrases. Soft Sky isn’t a colour I’ve used hugely often, and I haven’t ‘sponged’ in a while, so I thought I’d challenge myself a little.
What do you think?
I rather love it, particularly as I’ve made the panel down the middle an actual panel, rather than an equidistant layer…. Gosh, that’s technical isn’t it!
I added the pretty linen thread and Petite Petals punches over the beautiful Soft Sky from the Subtles DSP Stack (grab it quick before it retires) and then used the stunning World of Dreams stamp set for the wording.
Love it!
Oh and no, that’s not very vanilla cardstock, it’s the beautiful Shimmery White cardstock.
I’ve done my best to photograph it. I’ve dulled it down so you can see the sparkle, but it’s so pretty in real life!

Awesome card Sam…as usual!
Hi Sam, I don’t know if it’s me but I can’t find any of the colours DSP paper stacks online but they are also not in the retiring products. It’s like they have all just vanished! So not even showing as out of stock?
I certainly did want to stock up!!
Love the card & the colour combination. It is definitely one I will try.
