Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Adorable Sweetie Jar Favours
Squeeeeeeaaaaak!
How adorable are these?
I’ve been planning a colour co-ordinated project for a while, but it was only recently that I found the perfect jars for what I had in mind.
These came from Amazon, but the small jars are simple enough to find in all sorts of places. But mine are 42ml if that’s any use….!
I wanted to create a sort of ‘favour’ idea, but not specifically for weddings, although I do know we’re in full on wedding season right now!
But when you’ve been married as long as me (13 years last Monday!) you attend less and less weddings and more and more children’s birthday parties!
And as it happens, on Monday, our anniversary, I shared 6 of these jars between my boys and us. Jack had the Tempting Turquoise, Luke had the Tangelo Twist, Jacob had the Cucumber Crush and Oliver had the Daffodil Delight. Chris went for the Soft Suede while I had the Rose Red. Currently residing on my desk is the Pink Pirouette. A treat for later I think….
I hope you like the project and perhaps get inspiration from it for an event coming up. Or even just because….

I so look forward to your posts, especially the ones with videos. You always do a great job and they are fun to watch. I was wondering your nails always look so nice if you would share the color and brand of the polish that you wear. Thanks so much.
Ah my nails are my own but are painted with special polish that’s set with UV light to make them strong and the polish not chip!
I appreciate your response, I was sure they were your nails. I was hoping you’d share what color polish they were painted. I live in the U.S. and was hoping to possibly purchase that color over here. I don’t usually go for the dark colors but after seeing so many of your videos and how nice your nails always look I was just curious. This was meant to be a compliment to you as I have never asked a question like this before. Thanks for your time.
Oh sorry! It’s a brand called Bio Gel. I know opi have very similar colours. I usually go for black, blood red or chocolate. Sometimes a dark iron grey xx
Tip Taupe colour looks like the darker shade of Crumb cake isnt it ? Thank you for the video x
I’d say it was more dirty than crumb cake. I love it though!
Thank you so much Sam. You are a constant delight to me. I make so many of your boxes etc for my grandchildren’s School fund raising. stalls. Madly making items for Father’s Day in September. I look forward to all your emails and really enjoy your chats. Love you so much and thank you!!
Awww thank you Celia! I do enjoy sharing!
These are super sweet! My sister is getting married in two years, I might have to point these out to her. Creative Blessings, Tracy x
Oooo definitely. Can picture them in their bridal colours on a table….
Sam these are fab thank you.
beautiful and simple but wow what a statement item. I’m just off to amazon to buy me some 42 ml jars.
our church is having a craft sale to raise money for a new room being built and these would make a great addition to my stall thank you for the idea.
Oooo they will sell well I hope!
These are adorable Sam. I just love the new incolor ribbon, it’s one of my favorite things.
Isn’t it fab. And so forgiving for fumbly fingers like mine…
Hi Sam. Love this project. I love the colors of the chocolates. Can you tell me the brand name? I looked on Amazon but couldn’t find them. Thanks!
I just searched for ‘chocolate beans’ and found them that way xx
