Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Yankee Candle Votive Display Holder
Hmm, well this little chappy proved problematic from the moment I decided to make something for a yankee votive that was a little different.
I wanted a box with a built in lid, but after struggling a little with the cardstock sizing, I decided to rip off the (attempt at a) lid and much preferred this look!
What I was aiming for was a votive holder that disguised that it was a votive tucked inside.
Did I succeed? I think so!
You’d not realise perhaps that tucked into the bulk of the box was the rest of the votive!
It’s not nearly as complicated to make as you’d think, so I hope you have a go at making some too!
I hope the video is useful!
Editing to add, because some have queried this, Today’s post – please do NOT burn the candles in the box, as I say in the video, these are to display when GIVING, or for a display on a craft table when selling.

Hi Sam
Another gorgeous box. You do come up with the most amazing ideas. Thank you so much for sharing them with us all. As I don’t have that size punch I’m going to have to use a die instead.
Hugs from Ali from Down Under xxx
Thanks Alison! Xx
Nice project Sam, but, quite a bit of it was off camera.
Oh no. I didn’t get a chance to view all of it before loading it because of going away. I’m ever so sorry :'(
Simple, fast and lovely candle holder ! Bohemian DSP suits with everything ! Thanks for sharing
Thanks Joanne xxx

You’re welcome Louise! X
I absolutely love it Sam, what a fabulous little container for those rather plain votive candles, this could look just lovely as a party favor for showers and weddings.
Thank you again for another awesome video.
Maria

You’re so sweet Diana, thank you xx
That Bohemian paper is really starting to grow on me. It looks great on this cute little box!
