Pootles Kit Week #2 Tin of Cards Project Kit
Ah that wonderful kit that we all fell for the second we saw the front cover of the new annual catalogue.
It’s a fabulous tin, in Mint Macaroon, and you can make 16 cards, with dividers, and have the tin still when the cards are all given away.
Of course, you don’t have to make the designs as shown, but this really is a super simple kit to put together!
And even more so than yesterday’s project, this is one to take away, cos you know that whatever you make, it’s going to fit right back in that tin for easy transportation home!
I hope you like it!
I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code to support Pootles! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!) If your order is over £150, please do not use this code as You become the hostess and get the Rewards!

Thanks! Now that I see the cards and hear some of the problems, I think I will pass on this. Great idea, but I would prefer to design my own cards to put in the tin.
Not only you with the “Stazon” issue Sam. On the Aussie Demo site I am a part of this was a BIG discussion re the bleeding on the wood accents and the stazon. I will have to see if I can find the thread I will let you know the solution. May PM you.
Thanks for the v v good info ooxx
Hi Sam. Are the cards notelet size or A6 sized?
Thanks
Jane
Love this. Last Christmas I gave card sets in a plastic, reusable container. They were very well received
Thanks for the tips Sam. x
Thank you for showing this beautiful set, my tin is in back order, i specially love the transparacy of the butterfly cards, because you showed the backside problem i will add some extra butterflies on the inside of the card
The tin kit is currently on backorder here in the U.S.A., and it is really hard to wait! Re the butterfly card, I would put a pretty contrasting color behind the dotted acetate. OMG! the delivery man just pulled into my driveway!
I wonder if it’s my tin!!!
