Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Garden in Bloom Card using Whole Lot of Lovely Hostess Set
When I was making this card, my original intention had been to scatter the flowers up one side, but then having decided that was a little too similar to my thank you cards from a few weeks ago, I decided to just go for it and scatter them everywhere.
Garden in Bloom is one of those great versatile sets and this one uses Mint Macaroon, Wisteria Wonder and Rose Red (stamped off for a paler colour) to full effect!
I could have spent time neatly lining up the black outlines, but I prefer to just stamp with abandon, so they too got a liberal scattering!
Finished with a simple circle of that fabulous greeting from Whole Lot of Lovely, punched with the 2″ Circle Punch and set over some Silver Metallic Thread, I think its rather great.
