Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Hopeful Thoughts using Stampin’ Write Markers
Last Saturday I shared a card with you, a little one, and it used a beautiful tree image that I had created using Stampin’ Write Marker pens. Well at the point of making that card, I then went straight on to create this one using the same set – Hopeful Thoughts.
It’s a set I love and adore, and have made many many cards with it.
However, I’ve never created one with such a bright colour as Melon Mambo with the monochromatic black and white.
But I love it!
I’ve used the Thick Whisper White cardstock to make the base card – I wanted that black frame too, but didn’t want a black card. I just wanted a hint of it to frame.
I have slight thoughts of Japanese cherry blossom in my head when I look at this card, particularly with that scatter of pearls. They seem to sort of be blowing away from the branch.
Do you have a stamp set you love and use a lot?
