Pootles’ Thank You Cards for September!

Pootles' Thank You Cards for September! All 3 Colours

Oh I had the most fun making the thank you cards for September! I am pretty confident that they’ve all arrived now, so I’m safe to share them with you all!

I started with one as a regular project to share on here, and loved the design of it so much that I went ahead and made a whole batch of them. I made 120 but found that I didn’t have enough when I came to package them up, so the ladies and gents who didn’t get these, please know that the ones you did get have all been featured on this blog at some point in time and it was a total pleasure to be able to share those with you instead.

And this month I shall definitely be making more…

But back to this project. It was a labour of love. While cutting all the elements for one or two was pretty fast, it was a long process to make all of them. And sticking took a long time too! phew! I went through 5 snail refills and 3 bottles of tombow glue!

Good job I have lots of them to hand!

But as I said, it was a total pleasure to put them all together and I spent about 2 weeks at various different times working on each element and choosing the colours for them all.

Pootles' Thank You Cards for September!

Want to know what they are?

Mint Macaroon got paired with Mossy Meadow and accented with Early Espresso

Smoky Slate was paired with Lost Lagoon and accented with Chocolate Chip

Then Sahara Sand was paired with Rose Red and Soft Suede as the accent strip.

I took the greeting from One Big Meaning and punched it using the Washi Label punch. Oh and while I’m talking punches, the Sweetheart punch is backed with the 2″ Circle punch.

What do you think?

I wonder how these would look in other colours….?

S xx
