Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – A Mint Green Christmas
I’m heavily addicted to the Fancy Foil Vellum we brought out in the seasonal catalogue last month.
I’ve loved vellum since I first started card making 12 years ago, and having it ready decorated makes my life pretty much complete as far as vellum is concerned!
It’s a job that’s already done for me, and I’m a real time saving kinda crafter, and this is the ultimate time saver!
So with those stunning emerald green trees, rather than backing them with the more obvious cucumber crush cardstock, I went with Mint Macaroon instead…. I love how it makes the green foiling pop that bit more!
And keeping the Mint Macaron thing going, using it and some of the matching Snowflake design of the vellum in the Scalloped Tag Topper punch for a tag keeps it all simple but stylish.
Finished with 3 Iced Rhinestones and a bow of Silver Cording Trim makes this card all about that beautiful Vellum…

Great idea for a quick card!
The color is awesome and is deserving of a video. Please?
How elegant!
Hi Sam! Such a great card and a great idea using Mint Macaron. 🙂
Just one question: how did you adhere the vellum? I would use it more often but do not like it if the adhesive can be seen.
All the best, Christine
Love this quick and easy card! So elegant. I made two of them right away, but I’m sure I’ll make more. Thanks for sharing your talents!
