Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Watercoloured Butterflies. Easy Peasy!!!

Aha! easy card today! It’s Sunday after all, and I don’t want you over stretching yourselves….!
Okay seriously though, I decided to have a play around with some colour trios and took myself off to Pinterest. I happened across a photo of someone’s diary/planner layout for the week, and liked her colour combination. It was a pale grey and quite bright mint green and then a pastel blue.
My colours aren’t the same at all, but they were inspired by that, and I really love how they look!
I’ve gone with Smoky Slate, Mint Macaron and Pool Party. The green and blue are working very well together anyway in the Birthday Bouquet suite in our Spring Catalogue, but with a swaparound and switch up that included Smoky Slate, it’s less ‘pink’ and more ‘muted’ I guess you’d say.
With tiny pretty butterflies that have had their wings sponged and a little twist of Metallic Thread, this is so easy to do!
Have a splodge and a play, get your aqua painters out and see what happens!
