Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Colour Your World International Blog Hop – May
Do you know, colour challenges are not my favourite thing in the world. At all…. I find myself under undue amounts of pressure and then I run scared! But it’s for that very reason that I am happy to be part of this Blog Hop Design Team. To challenge myself.
This month we have Marina Mist and Soft Sky, Pink Pirouette and Rose Red plus Wild Wasabi.
Not the easiest colour palette to work with, particularly if you’re like me and tend to stick to 2 or 3 colours… But I think I got there!
My flag banners are all random widths and lengths and I hand cut the flags for them all. They’re adhered straight to the card and I totally eyeballed the whole lot! The cutting, flagging and laying out!
But I’m happy with how it came out!!!
Other than the Rose Red, all the colours came from the Subtles DSP stack. Easy Peasy when you have a big old pad of paper to work from!
Have a great Tuesday everyone, and don’t forget to hop around everyone’s projects!
