Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Blue Floral Fat Milk Carton using Floral Boutique DSP
Inspiration is everywhere isn’t it? It’s in the things we see around us, and in sounds and even scents. It’s also on pinterest. *nods sagely* and while I tend to use pinterest for home decor and decorations more than anything else, it doesn’t stop me from getting inspiration from there too!
I had spotted a darling milk jug on there. It was thick, porcelain I guess, and was quite short and squat. And I immediately knew that I wanted to make a version of it myself.
So I did!
You can definitely say that I follow through on my ideas and turn them into projects can’t you!
It’s a great size box, finishing at 2 x 2.5″ (5 x 6.5cm) and I think it looks stylish and elegant!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Oooh and I’ve just ordered some of that gorgeous blue designer paper! Can’t wait to make this now. xxx
as always, sooo good.
Always love your milk cartons, thank you!
Sam, a tip for tying the twine that I learned from working in the Operating Room: when you cross over the two ends but before you tie the bow, cross it over TWICE then pull it tight and it should hold pretty tightly. Then tie your bow as usual.
This is beyond cute and functional, can’t wait to make some!
Wanted to let you know that I could listen to you talk all day, and your nails are beautiful!
Thanks for sharing your skills!
Honestly, you come up with the cutest darn projects. Love this and of course it’s pinned with all the others. Thanks for another fab video. Oh and I love what you said “Inspiration not re-creation.” perfect!
