Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles’ Colour Challenge #PCC009

Oh my goodness. I set myself a serious challenge here this week. But it turned out pretty well! I did the old ‘spin the colour caddy and grab some colours’ trick that I do when I want to test myself on new colour combinations. Well I was not so happy at first when I selected my 4 colours, but when I played around with them (I use the inks themselves and literally move them around on my desk) I found myself heading towards the summery garden sort of idea.

So that’s what I did!

The Irresistibly Floral Suite in the catalogue on pages 126 and 127 work with those sorts of colours and it was there that I got my inspiration.  I took the stamp set, die and paper from the collection and just played!

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles’ Colour Challenge #PCC009 Wink of Stella

Wink of Stella got a look in aswell, but photographing that is never easy. The person who wins this challenge, and therefore the card, will see how pretty it is in real life!

Anyway, have a great time playing with these colours and I’d love to see more creations each week. Please? Thank you!

S xx

    Hi Sam
I was thinking of joining your team. However, I have a few ‘fears’. I have no idea how to sell. I don’t know anyone crafty. So I thought I would order a starter kit during Sale a Bration. I would try to reach my minimums. If I couldn’t, I would end it there. Would SU agree too this? I would like a chance to see if this is for me. Also, which stamp set is good for making homemade DSP? Perpetual Birthday Calendar or Bloomin Love?
    Thanks
    Ruth
