Pootles’ Way Back Wednesday Convention Bags
Super Dooper Amazing And Wonderful Competition! Ends on Friday September 30th. Click the pic for more details!
Happy Wednesday everyone! We are going waaaaay back in time to November 2013 when I attended my very first Stampin’ Up! Annual Convention. I had wanted to make a small bag for everyone because I’d already experienced what it’s like to take a whole load of small projects and then try and manhandle home loads of larger ones! And as it was back then, our annual conventions meant that there were demonstrators from all 5 of our European countries in attendance and therefore many people were flying in.
See, I was considering luggage allowance!
But I love the bag and have made it in a number of different sizes since, but I’m going back to the original today.
I love the Affectionately Yours DSP and now that we have Copper Foil in the Autumn Winter Catalogue, I can reflect that Bronze accent in the paper pack. Don’t you just love it when Stampin’ Up! makes our crafting lives that little bit better?
The Ready to Pop stamp set might well be paired with the Popcorn Box Thinlits, but you know me well and I like to use stamps wherever I fancy! And this is one of those stamp sets that I know works well with a 1″ Circle Punch which was the size I wanted for the bag.
So I hope you really like it, and if you’re after some ideas of what to pop inside, a couple of tea lights work well, sweeties do too!
