Pootles 2016 A Look Back

Pootles 12 Deals of Christmas

Yay, it’s back! The 12 Deals of Christmas from the last 3 years have been so popular that I couldn’t not bring it back to you again this year….!

Details are down at the bottom…!

I love this part of the year, I get to fondly remember the year behind me while anticipating what the year ahead will bring.

On a personal level it’s been an emotional rollercoaster, but I’m pretty certain that I kept most of it to myself. The new year brings a house move for us back to England and the emotions that will come hand in hand with moving 180 miles away, but we shall do it as we always do, with head high and positivity in mind!

This year in my Stampin’ Up! world has been incredible. I hit a personal goal of having over 150 demonstrators in my direct team, I also now have demonstrators direct to me in all 5 of our European Countries. This is a goal I’ve been chasing for a while!

My team has gone from strength to strength and we now total over 250 and they’re all promoting, growing and building too!

The Way Back Wednesday series started well, but I think I stopped it at the right time. There’s never a time I ever want to bore anyone, and stopping it before that happened was a hard decision but the right one. And besides, it leaves me flexibility to add in different and shorter themed series as and when I fancy (SpringWatch 2017 starts soon..!)

The year started with a promotion of my own to the title of Gold and finished with me achieving all 3 Top Performance spots in the UK and at the Number 1 spot! For Sales, Leadership and Recruiting (mentoring), and that in turn led to me finding out that I was number 19 Globally! Yes, I still pinch myself now!

So here you are with a few highlights from the year gone by.

12 Deals of Christmas.

So, what’s this all about? Well, I don’t do sales, and I don’t do discounts. In my professional opinion, Stampin’ Up! offers the best quality products at the best prices around (and with over 10 years crafting experiences, trust me, I’ve tried ‘em all!). So you won’t ever see me offering to reduce the prices of products, or sharing my discount. But what I want to do, as a one off, just for Christmas, is offer 12 extra goodies that go into the regular Thank You Gift Pack that I send out to all my customers.

Each ‘deal’ will only be available for the stated day, and will vary in price, product and value.

I get an immediate email notification of all orders that come in, so you don’t need to worry about getting in touch, or emailing to say you want to take advantage of the deal, I’ll send it out automatically.

Please note, if you select NO CONTACT, I cannot, by law, send you anything. Please make sure that you deselect that button….

Today’s Deal is –

All orders over £35 will receive a pack of Brand New Urban Underground Embellishments worth £6 from me, as well as their regular Thank You Gift Pack. It will come direct from me, as this is an offer direct from me. It will not come with the order you place. If you use the hostess code for the month, it will still count for Both!

Fine Print. This is not a catch, there is no single winner, this is not a competition. Please do not add it to your order, (unless of course you want duplicates!) as I will be sending this separately.

All Thank You Gift Packs will be posted after the 12 Deals of Christmas have finished.

I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code to get free product! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!) Learn more HERE. If your order is over £150, please do not use this code as You become the hostess and get the Rewards!

I remember laughing and crying when you punched that ONE flower from an entire sheet of DSP in that April project. Happy New Year Sam!

Sam, You have been and continue to be such an inspiration not simply for craft projects, but also an overall one in life. Thank you! I do look forward to every post of yours, and have recreated SO many of your projects. I LOVE when you include the names of the sweeties that you put inside many of your projects, and as a result I have been able to get many sent over here in the USA. (YAY!) Best wishes with your move. I shall pray for a smooth transition. Hopefully you won’t be too far away from your parents, although you’re also moving far away from friends of many years I imagine. God bless you and your family. May all of you always stay healthy, happy and remain safe – as all the money in the world cannot buy those. Big giant loving hugs,
    Barbara L.

I have really enjoyed this year and all the different projects, so have my friends as they get the sweetie treat boxes! You did mention recently doing a workshop about Fast Fuse. After a couple of disastrous tries with it I have written on the top of my shopping list “NO MORE FUSE”. So a little help and guidance would be well appreciated. Enjoy your new year, whatever happens – if in doubt, add chocolate!

I feel for you with the move. Not easy, especially with school kids, but I know you’ll do just fine because you have the positive attitude needed to take things as they come along. Good luck to you.
