Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I’m flying off to Amsterdam for the OnStage Live event that Stampin’ Up! hosts for demonstrators twice a year. And this time around, we European’s are hosting the event! Every event is hosted as the main Live 3 day event in one of 3 locations in either North America, Europe or Australasia. And at the same time, local events are happening all across our countries that are not the participating hosts. So it’s super exciting that it’s our turn! First time in 18 months!!!
Anyway, I wanted to fly off leaving you with an amazing project that’s as ever, super easy to make, and yet defies all known logic! Yes, there is no glue required to close this box, it’s all in the scoring and folding!
So if you don’t believe me, here’s one opened out!
It’s a great sized box when it’s finished too – 6 x 4 x 1! (15 x 10 x 2.5cm) so loads could slip inside it!
I hope you have a great week, I’m back in the UK on Sunday evening and will no doubt be on a bit of a high and pumped up for more stuff to do!

I love this box, you can make them in advance and then store them flat til needed.
Have fun in Amsterdam. Like said before, beware of the space cakes. 🙂
Wow! This is another winner project Sam.
Love it.
Love the closure with no glue required, thank you! Have a fun trip as well!
Hello! How can I make this box half its size?
How can I make the no glue box half its size?
Thank you
I love the projects that you demo for us and this is another one. Your excitement makes the videos so much fun to watch – and I think I have watched everyone of yours at least once. Wishing you a great time at the convention! Do you ever get to come to the conventions when they are here in the states? Happy times. Best
One more beautiful box . . . if you give an answer to Carmen, please add my name . . . they would be great for favors!! Enjoy as much as you can the convention . . . you deserve it!!!
What would my score measurements be if I added another inch, making it an 8 x 12 in paper, so I can fit an A2 sized card in it? I would love to do this for a cute card set. Thanks.
I love your projects! How do you prevent the paper from splitting at the folds. No matter how light or heavy I score, some of my cards, boxes, the paper will split from the backing.
Thank you
So clever! Love this project!
Definitely making this project, maybe one in every color!
Awesome box, love it. Have a safe, fun trip. Congratulations on hosting 🙂
Just awesome!! What a Marcellus idea! Thanks a lot for Sharing this project with us. Have a nice Trip 😉
Marcellus?!? Marvellous I wanted to say – the German auto-fill screws me up and always gives a funny note to my comments …
Great box, I LOVE it, too! 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
Love this no glue box. So wish it was a little wider to hold A2 size cards.
Love it!
I love it! You are so clever!!!
This is my first time on your blog….
I too am a Demonstrater for Stampin Up in the US in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I don’t have any idea why it isn’t the State of Kentucky. anyway I am wondering if you could tell me how to adapt your “No Glue Foldable Box” to fit my 5 1/2 X 4 1/4 inch cards which is the usual size I make I’m hoping that it will hold maybe 6 cards & envelopes. Thank you in advance
I love your no glue box. I am thinking of ideas for using it in my craft room. I want put my extra die cuts in them. If I label each box and stack them on a shelf I might be more organized and have quick access to them when I make my cards.
I really enjoy your videos and just signed up for your blog.
Thank you for all your wonderful ideas.
I have tried making this box however one side is larger than the other and my score lines do not work. I wonder what am I doing wrong
Mine is doing the same thing. I scored on the short like directions states but it isn’t working
As usual I figured out what I did wrong my paper was to long I had to cut it 8 and got rid of the half and the box worked just fine. I like this quick and easy box. My paper size was 8 1/2 X11 so I cut it down to just 8 I hope this make sense
I just made a quick box with this awesome idea with finished measurements 4.5″ X 4.5″ X 1.5″ for card storage. beautiful! thank you so very much Sam.
Oh what a wonderful little box. Would be great to put some hand made cards into as a gift. Thanks for another fabulous project and video.
Love this box. Love listening to your voice! Thank you.
