Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Lovely Friends and Lemon Lime Twist

So OK, there is a distinct possibility that this year, I’m all about the words and fonts…. Like yesterday’s card and my love for the font and phrases, this card and stamp set is also a real stand out star.

I absolutely love this particular stamp, mostly because I put ‘ridiculously’ into a lot of my own sentences! Why? No idea, I just do and this may be why I’m drawn to the stamp set. Either that or Stampin Up! has been channeling my brain and heard me saying it!

Lemon Lime Twist is such a fun colour, but not one that I’ve really used much. However, my Mum adores this colour (and purple!) so it’s a card for her. While I don’t live near her anymore, we still talk as often on the phone as we did before, and even though I don’t see her, knowing she’s there at the end of the phone makes me ridiculously happy!

I did the 2 step stamping with Always Artichoke as the secondary colour and it just works!
