Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Scallop Topped Self Closing Baggie
Yay! I miniaturised the bag that I made the other week. Remember? That enormous bag that was a variation on Jane’s from the team retreat. Well this time I decided to use a smaller, rectangle of paper rather than a square. And it’s just adorable!
This kind of bag is super cute to make, great for favours, great for mini treats. Great for loads of stuff!
I can see me becoming easily addiction to creating versions of this bag, but I’m also curious to see what you all make. So if you’re making and want to share, make sure you’re a part of my international facebook group. There’s well over 10,000 members there, and endless supplies of creative inspiration! Click HERE
Anyway, my bag was trouble on camera. I think it was just one of those days. The circle punch didn’t want to play ball, and the other circle punches for the Lable Me Pretty stamping were the wrong sizes! Jolly good job my craft area is all within arms reach!
Hope you’re having a great week!

Everyone who shops with me gets a handmade card and gift in the post. Sometimes the gift is a handcrafted item, sometimes it’s a product share, sometimes it’s something else entirely!
And every person gets that, regardless of how large or small your order is. I am grateful to everyone who shops with me.
I do however also have a Hostess Code and always share the goodies out amongst everyone who uses it. This month, I’m trialling something different.
USE CODE Y6VP29FF
- Spend over £50/€65 and receive the divine Metallic Edge Ribbon in Silver worth £6.25/€8.50
- Spend over £100/€135 and receive the utterly beautiful Background Bits stamp set worth £19/€25
- If you’d still like to use the code and be part of the collective, but your order is under £50, please feel free to use it and I’ll make sure to pop a little something extra in your parcel!
- If your order is over £150/€200 please do not use the code as you will be your own Hostess and get your own rewards to spend!

I like the scalloped top….
Very cute! I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that has problems during construction! Love how it turned out!
Love these, will have to make some thanks xx
Loved today’s project, have made two and they look great. I made mine 2 inches longer to take pens which I am going to give as gifts.
I am glad I am not the only one who has little hic-ups when making.
Thanks for all your hard work.
So darn cute. I love them. Sam, I don’t know if anyone else mentioned anything, but I find your videos too bright not, they were perfect before, they are hard to see. I know it’s not on my end, because I tested it out by watching other videos before I said anything.
Thanks, Lisa 🙂
Dear Sam,
these are so cute. I love them and i’ll make some for a meeting
Best regards from Germany

Love it! And I think I like the tag top best. I noticed the comment above and I don’t find the videos to be too bright, they work fine for me. Thanks for another great project.
Love it. Im making them for our 128th Church Anniversary Dinner – simple, yet cute. Got to make 200!
Love your videos! Thanks for sharing your lovely creative ideas. Here is a hint for punching partial shape.. Slide a scrap piece of paper in like you are punching the full shape, then push in the piece that you want to partial punch.. It will travel along the scrap piece. You can even pull the scrap piece to help align the piece you are punching. Hope this is of some help.
