Tranquil Tulips – Scarily, this is my first share….

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Tranquil Tulips – Scarily, this is my first share….

I was absolutely convinced that I’d shared Tranquil Tulips projects before, but a quick search on here, and shockingly, I haven’t yet! That’s outrageous isn’t it!

Mind you, I haven’t brought This Little Piggie out to play either yet, but we’ll gloss over that….

Anyway, here we are, better late than never. The glorious and lovely Tranquil Tulips matching the tulips on the Delightful Daisy designer paper.

I love it when Stampin’ Up! helps us be matchy matchy, don’t you? It takes the guess work out of everything!

So while it’s a simple card, my technique came from stamping off the outer flowers twice before then stamping onto the Whisper White cardstock to get that very pale colour. The one over the top is a full dose of Night of Navy – full force, total colour depth! And it so works!

And despite the card being navy on the background, I don’t see this as being ‘dark’ in anyway!

So, I hope you like my summery sunday project!

    Hi,
I really love each and every project of yours.
But I would like to know, why you don’t ship your products to India. It is really sad.
    Thank you.

Lovely colour combo. I’d love to see what you can do with This Little Piggy – it’s such a challenging set in many ways (don’t much like the use of tutus) but I love the drawing style and expression on some of the faces. I managed an encouragement card using the flying pig and was quite pleased with the effect but mostly I use them for notebook covers of different sizes. Thanks for all your hard work and enthusiasm.
