Welcome to the very first of 2018’s Blog Hops with my team, The Pootlers.

We have a whole host of projects to share with you, all focusing on the Spring Summer catalogue, so under my post, make sure to click on the links below to see them all!

I decided to make a miniature card for you today. You would be forgiven if you missed the brand new Narrow Cards & Envelopes on page 19, in amongst the Painted with Love suite. Yes, I managed to forget to order them the first time around… oops!

They’re rather lovely though, and that perfect size that lends itself to this kind of card that I’m showing today, minimal stamping, a little washi tape (that’s today’s gift in my 12 Deals of Christmas giftaway!) and some watercolouring.

You don’t really need a backdrop on the card blank when you’ve got glittery washi tape….

I half had a unicorn in mind when I was thinking up the card for today’s hop. My team is made up of the most wonderful group of ladies and gentlemen from all across our 5 European Countries and although some of them are fans of unicorns, it was more the fact that when people talk about ‘chasing their unicorn’ when they are seeking something – finding the best jumper/car/house is often known as finding their unicorn. Well, in my team, I found my unicorn. They’re amazing and I wouldn’t be without them.
