Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – SpringWatch 2018 Happy Easter Yankee Candle Egg Punch Board Box Tutorial
SpringWatch Giveaway for today – SWEET SOIREE EMBELLISHMENT KIT – details on how to enter at the bottom
Oh my, I was so lucky to spot these Yankee Candle Easter Eggs on Amazon. They are actually from last year, but they’re at a super bargain price right now at £7.99 for 4 of them, and each holds 3 Wax Melts for a tart burner. How fab to get such a great bargain!
And as I love yankee candles anyway, I couldn’t leave them behind!
So I bought them and put them into a box for you!
It was quite a lot of trial and error to get the box exactly the right size with the insert in, but it works, hurrah! Then I had a lot of fun and games making sure that the insert would work and after a few discarded pieces of cardstock, that too now works.
I do the hard work so you don’t have to!
I did consider punching a hole in one side somehow, to show what was inside, but decided that a little mystery would work….
Sweet Soiree wasn’t my first paper of choice, I was thinking originally more along the more traditional ‘eastery’ type paper, but realised that though this suite seems pitched at cakes, weddings, birthdays, it could also work simply for Spring. So that’s what I did!
But as it does hold and Easter Egg, I had to use Hello Easter and that huge egg shape, yes I do fussy cutting… eek!
Have a great day everyone, and grab the bargain eggs while you can!
