Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – Beautiful Peacock Free Stamp Set and Clashing Colours!
I love to clash colours. Do you?
I’m one who likes to be a bit controversial when it comes to colours and I’m well known for throwing out the ‘rule book’ when it comes to crafting, and today’s card is no different.
I’ve got Emerald Envy, Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo on this card and I think they work so well together.
Granted, a peacock has the most incredible colouring on his tail anyway, but I wanted to make a really striking card and this is doing it for me!
I think you can really go to town with this stamp set, I’ve got both plumage at the back as well as a long tail, with added flowers, just because…… And yes, the peacock is like me, a total rule breaker!
Now I’m curious, what’s your favourite colour combination that breaks the rules?
