Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – Myths & Magic, Magical Day Customer Thank You Cards
Every month I have the great pleasure of making cards for everyone who has shopped with me in the previous month. I spend a long time planning my designs and making sure they’re beautiful and duplicatable. I also need to be able to mass produce them easily – I make around 180 each month – so making them gorgeous but efficient is crucial.
I start with a basic design and then start working out the elements to it. Sometimes I do different coloured stamping, sometimes I cut elements out, other times it’s all about the paper and this time, I went with a bit of everything!
I’ve got paper on show (these images are ridiculously cute!) I’ve got all 3 colours of the glimmer paper. I’ve got stamping from the Magical Day stamp set, and the whole lot is finished with a strip of washi tape on it.
My boys helped me with the washi tape, suffice it to say, they’re back in practice mode for getting the washi straight….!
But we enjoyed making the cards and getting to know our knights and dragons and mermaids. So pretty and fierce in equal measure!
