Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – Bold Butterfly Box Tutorial using Delightful Daisy
Happy Monday everyone!
Did you have a nice weekend enjoying some sunshine? It was lovely here and the children made full use of the hot tub in the garden.
It’s a little too early to see the dragonflies and butterflies in our garden yet, but I still wanted to use one of the retiring butterfly framelits, so went with the Bold Butterflies with glittery shimmery Wink of Stella wings. Isn’t she pretty?
I’m so sad that the 2 butterfly framelit sets are retiring. It’s always a weird bittersweet time when the retiring list comes out. But it’s to make way for lots of new amazing goodies. So not all bad.
My box today uses just half a sheet of cardstock, so you can make 2 of them most frugally! And the finished size is 1.5 x 2 x 2.25″ (4 x 5 x 5.5cm) which will fit a lot. These boxes are great for favours or just little ‘thank you for being you’ type treats.
Oh and while I remember, don’t forget my Grab Bag Giveaway is still on. Don’t miss out on extra freebies!
Cardstock – 8 x 5.5″ (20 x 14cm)
Score on the LONG side at 1.5, 3.75, 5.25, 7.5″ (4, 9.5, 13.5, 19cm)
Score on the SHORT side at 1.5, 3.5, 5″ (4, 9, 13cm)
DSP = 1.75 x 8.5″ (4.5 x 22cm)
