#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Shimmery Picnic With You Narrow Notecard Customer Thank You Cards
I’m going to be quite sad to say goodbye to this rather charming stamp set. I must admit, at first glance, I couldn’t see how I could use this set – not really being a traditional picnic type of Mum. But… the more I’ve used it, the more I’ve seen the endless possibilities. No, you don’t need to use the salt and pepper shakers, but actually, how cute would they be on a party invite perhaps?
This month though, I have made narrow notecards for all my customers as their thank you inspiration cards.
I bought the narrow notecards for them ages ago, but couldn’t decide on the project to do. Then when I spotted this set was retiring, I decided it was a great time to use it and share it.
The simplicity of the flowers, triple stamped off from the rather lovely Berry Burst gives a really pretty look. I chose to put Wink of Stella over the darkest flower as a detail.
I almost put the butterfly in the same colour, but went with Fresh Fig instead to allow it to stand out.
Finally, those leaves are in Tranquil Tide. Yes, all returning In Colours!
So a small and simple card, packing quite the punch! And perfect if you’re making 180+ like I did!
