Around The Corner Envelope Punch Board Box

#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Around The Corner Envelope Punch Board Box

I was a very lucky demonstrator at our recent OnStage corporate event in April. We are always gifted quite a few stamp sets and this lovely Around The Corner set was one of those I was gifted.

At first I was unsure how best to use it, but with so many birthdays in the house and so so many menfolk in my family, I decided a little gift box made with the Envelope Punch Board would give me lots of corners to work with!

Calypso Coral is a colour I really struggle with and I’m not a great fan. I was quite pleased to work with Soft Sea Foam instead for the version I made on the video…

And yes, I do prep my projects in advance of filming, but it’s quite nice to work ‘live’ on camera to test out inks with you all watching. Would you have gone with Pear Pizzazz on the Soft Sea Foam or one of the other colours?

I hope you like my project!

Cardstock – 8 x 8″ (20 x 20cm)

Could someone tell me what kind/brand of magnets was used on this project. I’m in the states and have checked Amazon, but there are so many 8mm magnets on there…I was a little confused.

Adorable little box. Thanks for sharing it with us and sharing your little mistakes with us too.
I love that you craft with your boys. I used to do a lot of crafting with my son and now he is almost 26 and will be getting married in September, he has been helping us with a lot of the crafty things we are doing for the wedding and he’s doing a great job. And he’s enjoying being involved.

I just happened to catch your You Tube video of May 25, 2018 on the darling gift box with the magnet closure.. (side note: love the Sea Foam color card stock) Question: Where can I get those little magnets? They are perfect for closing the flaps on the box. Need size and any additional information ou can share with me, I’m in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Loved your video and saved it to my favorites list. Thanks.
