#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Love What You Do & Lovely Floral Embossing Folder
I think it’s safe to say that we’ve all been blown away by the amazing Share What You Love Suite that was launched early in May. Well now that we are all scrambling to get more, more, more of it, I wanted to show you a card I made.
There are quite a number of embossed cards out there with various techniques of bleaching and watercolouring, but you know me, I like the simpler things in life. But I will proudly say that yes, I did some fussy cutting! Me! Yes, I did that!!!
I don’t dislike fussy cutting, I just don’t think I’m particularly good at it, and I’m also an impatient girl…. I don’t mind, I’m happy to own that trait!
What I did add to my embossing was Wink of Stella all over the raised parts. You can sort of see it in this picture that I dropped the lighting on to try and pick it up. It’s much more sparkly in real life!
And it’s so lovely to have Mint Macaron back. It works so well with Tranquil Tide!
So I thought I’d leave you with another card idea with a similar idea to mine, taken from the SU catalogue

Lovely, there are some papers that really lend themselves to fussy cutting and this is definitely one of them x
Very pretty. Sam, I think you did a great job on the fussy cutting. I sometimes struggle with cutting stuff out nicely.
