#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Shirley’s No Glue Green & Blacks Gift Box
Oh this is just the cutest little gift box ever!
As you perhaps saw a few weeks ago on my ‘Cards in the Mail to Me’ video, the lovely Shirley had sent me 6 of these with little Green & Blacks chocolates inside – 1 for each of us in the family. Well, so many of you loved them and asked for the tutorial that I decided to create my own for you.
You’ll see on the video that I haven’t tested the measurements out, I literally ‘wing it’ on camera, and yes, there’s a little blooper in there, but you can see, to a degree, how I work if I’m deconstructing another box!
I wasn’t sure which paper to use and decided that these would make great little treats around Christmastime hence the Under the Mistletoe paper and then the Real Red ribbon.
Such cute little treats and I’m most humbled that Shirley sent them to me.

Yes very cut box
I just adore this little box Sam, I can even picture it hanging on the Christmas Tree after you eat your treats.
And I agree, perhaps the little magnet can be substituted by one of those small Velcro thingies, I think they sell them at craft stores and they might be just slightly bigger than the magnets.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful project, I love watching you in action creating all of this fabulous things.
Big Hugs,
Maria Rodriguez.
I loved this gift idea when you showed it with the other lovely things you had received. I had intended googling it for instructions but am so happy to see a tutorial here. Thank you for posting and all the lovely inspirational ideas you share xx
What a lovely box, these will make table favours for after luncheon especially on Christmas Day or I often leave Pootles treat boxes for participants when I go to meetings so these will be great and easy on the DSP as well.
Great little box that I can see being used for lots of little treats.
Thanks for sharing, even the blooper…..I’d still make the same mistake you did and have the paper the wrong way up!!!
What an adorable little treat box! I love all three closures. I don’t know what this green and black chocolate is, but I can think of several things that would work with a little box like this. Would be great for stocking stuffers, or favors for any kind of party, very sweet and very versatile. Thanks Sam and Shirley!
Such a cute little box! I discovered it also holds very well a 1 1/2″ x 2″ Post-It Note pad. Thanks for sharing!
Fourth closure idea: Add adhesive to just the bottom of the scallop circle when adhering it to the body of the box, then the triangle flap tucks into the top of scallop circle. Love options!
