#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Hand Delivered with Blends Alcohol Markers
I think we can all safely say that we love this stamp set! It’s a free one from the back of the Annual Catalogue, one that you can choose when you use Stampin’ Rewards with orders over £150 (€200) and we all love free, so this makes it even sweeter!
I haven’t used my Blends for a while, but felt that these lovely balloons would show them off really well. I’m not bad at colouring, I don’t usually go over the lines, but I did in a couple of places, but it seems to be working ok as sort of ‘shadow’ so to speak! I really ought to put my glasses on when I’m doing detailed work like this. Because my eyesight is mostly ok, I forget that at the end of the day, my eyes are tired and I could use a little optical assistance. I just forget to remember to put them on….
Like my graduate card of last week, I roughly placed my 2 stamps first before committing them to paper with black ink. Definitely gotta do that first otherwise it’s a piece of Shimmery White paper in the bin!
And then just take it steady with your Blends. Don’t be like me and rush, take your time and let the colours do the walking and blending themselves.
But wibbles aside, (and remember this close up photo is very close up!) in real life, you can’t notice them and I’m ok with that. It’s handmade after all…
I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code to get free product! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!) Learn more HERE. If your order is over £150, please do not use this code as You become the hostess and get the Rewards!
