#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Little Elephant + Builder Punch and Darling Label Punch
Well, I think like all of us, we love the Elephant Stamp Set and matching punch. It’s beyond cute. However, other than a new niece on her way (due mid September to one of my older brothers), I don’t really have many small people to make cards and gifts for.
I was aiming for ‘generic-not-baby’ with this card, but perhaps having a blue elephant sent it more into baby boy territory than I’d planned. Oh well, I still like it!
Perhaps a pale green or lilac elephant?
Or even a grey one with a striking colour as the backdrop?
I can see me using this a lot, but I think it may take me a while to get away from small-person territory….
So with that in mind, I went over to Pinterest to see what other people had made and I have a couple more photos to show you.
First up is Kaye Mellor who actually happens to be in my team (clearly my training on pinterest SEO has worked as she was the first on the list) and her adorable tag on the new Pillow Boxes
Then I spotted this stunning card from Lori Pinto. I love the texture she’s added to it, and definitely a baby card, but clever use of green for planning ahead when the baby’s sex isn’t known!
And finally I have the 2 samples created by the Concept Team at our Stampin’ Up! home office. They’ve nailed the non-baby card very well!
Have a fabulous day,
S xx

Adorable cards and tag. Love pillow boxes for gift giving. I too don’t really have little people to make for, but it’s still cute to make for whatever.
Elephants are signs of good luck in some countries…. or “don’t forget” sentiment.
Such a cute punch. It’s on my order going in today.
