I think it’s now reasonably well known that I am a fan of Hotel Chocolat, and I’m super proud that it’s made in Cambridgeshire, about 30 minutes from where I live! I’ve always loved it anyway, but knowing that it’s made here just makes it taste that bit sweeter!

We have a large store in the big town near me anyway, and whenever Chris and I go into town, I have a white vanilla hot chocolate loaded with their special cream, then fill a bag with treats for me and for the children.

But this particular Blackberry Bomb treat was one we picked up on visit to the factory shop at the factory itself. And there are dozens and dozens of varieties of chocolate all in this shape. So even if you don’t want to gift this particular flavour, the bag will work for all of their trays like this.

I was going for a colour match on the original bag I made, hence the Fresh Fig, but I decided to bring the Berry Burst in for the 2nd one. I think they’re both lovely.

But it’s a taller bag than you realise, finishing at 7 x 4 x 1″ (17.5 x 10 x 2.5cm) and that meant that I would have a large border of cardstock around the DSP as it’s only 6″, and it just didn’t look right, so a tiny smidgen of a border of whisper white was perfect, and it meant that the stamping of the Darling Label Punch and stamp was echoed with the white.

I love the project, adore the chocolates (it was a good day when filming and photography was done, I got to eat them all!), and hope you do too!
