#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Customer Thank You Cards with Petal Promenade, Artisan Textures, Pop of Petals
How pretty are these cards?
Anyone who was following my facebook page in July will know that I was making these right at the start of the month so that they were done before I headed off on the incentive trip, and I actually completed all the ‘assembly’ part of them during one of the World Cup football matches while I kept my husband company!
And on another occasion, I did a facebook Live Broadcast while stamping all the greetings with my Stamparatus. Even I was surprised just how quickly I stamped up almost 200 cards!
I needed to make a beautiful card that was quick to make though, and I cut a huge amount of time down by using the new Memories and More notecards and envelopes. We have 2 sizes of small (7.6 x 10.2cm – 3 x 4″) and large (10.2 x 15.2cm – 4 x 6″) and the small ones were just right for me.
I wanted to get a little hint of DSP on there and at first, I just had a 1/cm border around the stamped area, but decided to trim the length down so that there was 1/2cm top and bottom. I like the slight difference and it shows off a little more of the DSP but without squishing up the stamping.
Finally, I scattered stamped images from Artisan Textures across the background and added a Pop of Petals flower on the top with a pink rhinestone in the middle. I did elevate the flowers a little, but not too much so that they’d end up squashed in the post.
I love how they came out, and hope that everyone who received one does too!
