#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Pootlers Team Retreat Gifts and Coloured Glimmer Paper Make & Take
Ah we are at the point in the week where I finally share the Make and Take project that I created for my team last weekend. I gave you a sneak peek on Tuesday of the gift that I’d given them and that they needed the Blends pens to create their project and here it is!
Huge shout out and thank you to my lovely friend Dawn Griffith for the idea and technique.
She shared THIS project on YouTube back in July and it was perfect for us. Dawn, you rock!
Obviously I put my mark on it and decided to test and see if I could die cut window sheets with our framelits. Oh yes! This is the creative world busted wide open for this technique now!
I decided to use the Serene Garden stamp and framelits for the project and love just how gorgeous it looks, but there are so many stamp sets in our catalogue where this would work. In fact, I did a Prize Patrol with the team and gifted 8 sets away to some lucky random winners. – The same set Dawn had used, Beautiful Day, and also the Great Joy set from the winter catalogue. See, versatile already!
My video shows you not just the technique, but also just how bloomin’ amazing the Stamparatus is for this technique. Stamping onto window sheets is notoriously tricky. Not anymore…
And how beautiful do the bird and green thingies (i still don’t know what they are!) look? Just darling!
And if you can spot the mini glue dots, I will be impressed. I promised you’d never notice them!
Have a fabulous Friday!

Beautiful! Guess I need to get back into the habit of watching Dawn’s videos. Somehow got out of the habit and haven’t seen her for a while.

I have trouble hearing, so I rely on my Closed Captioning to fill in the gaps! Where there’s always a point or two I miss!
