#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Customer Thank You Cards using Limited Edition Snow is Glistening
Ah, pretty pretty cards today!
These are my customer thank you cards for this month just gone and I got the greatest pleasure out of making almost 200 of them. In fact, I used a pack each of Balmy Blue, Pool Party, Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam on just the card bases (48 from each pack) and then more again for the die cut shapes.
I have to put a huge shout out to my eldest son Jack who patiently die cut every single shape for me. Though he did leave me a bit of a ‘bundle’ of them to deal with….
But aside from his 4 tangled messes (yes, he did all 4 colours) it was lovely to spend time with him in my office. We chatted and talked while watching Harry Potter movies. He was die cutting and I was stamping and trimming and then layering.
I wanted to show as much of the new Limited Edition suite as possible, and I managed to sneak in a little tag of Velvet Paper in there too. So pretty and so fuzzy and soft!
Finally, I decided to go darker with the stamped sentiments – Shaded Spruce on the 2 green cards and then Blueberry Bushel for the blue pair.
I tend to spread my customer thank you projects out over the whole month, but these were just so much fun to make that I did it across just a week in the evenings while Chris was on night duty. It was nice to have something to occupy me while he wasn’t around. I really dislike being the only ‘grown up’ in the house when he’s on duty. I’m sure I’m not the only shift worker’s partner who feels like this…
Anyway, as I said, it was a real pleasure making these and I hope the variations on the colour ways gives you some ideas of how to use the set. And of course, I have my special exclusive Class that uses the whole suite (closes on Saturday) and this month’s Tutorial Bundle heavily features it too…!

Hi Sam l just wanted to congratulate you on being no. 21 on the top 100 list. I certainly joined the right team when l joined up with Anjelina and became a Pinkies Pootles Crafty Minder. By going to Michelle Last’s team retreat l got an example of what onstage might be like. Manchester was a bit too far away and expensive to get to but Milton Keens was a great substitute. Got to meet some Pootles there which was great. Enjoy Orlando oh thanks for the stars and snowflakes. I made one pair of snowflakes into earings Deborah Lane
You dislike being the only grown-up around when Chris is on night duty. My hubby used to go to sea (Royal Navy) for 6 months at a time when the children were very small. Enjoy your time together, so precious and it goes so fast. Love and hugs.
Wow, awesome cards. Really loved this card very much. Thank you so much for sharing here. I love to create one myself. Now that extreme abbreviation and one-word responses have become an acceptable means of communication it sometimes feels like good manners have become a thing of the past. But being polite says a lot about a person’s character. And everybody appreciates a thank you.
What’s up to all, the contents present at this site are truly awesome for people experience,
well, keep up the nice work fellows.
wellpost.
The card is so beautiful and you are a fantastic artist I read your article these are very good for motivating your self, thanks for all of that.
I am a beginner phase of photography and learning about it, for this, I am following your site and watching your project that is published here, I think I should join some short term course.
