I am endlessly proud of what my team achieves. I take no credit for their achievements – it’s a pleasure to work with them, but other than encouraging and motivating them, their achievements are their own. No matter how big or small, I love it when they share with me what they’ve done, and for years now, we have a special time on a Tuesday where we toot our own horns and share what we’ve done. We call it Toot Toot Tuesday and yes, I know it’s Thursday, but I wanted to share with you today anyway.

I believe we should always be proud of what we do, whether it’s getting the first customer, 100th subscriber, 20th workshop or earning an incentive trip. We should shout it out loud and not be shy about it! So my team is not modest, but very proud of all they do.

But today’s card is something special for 2 of my team members, Sophie Prestrelle and Amanda Charlesworth. Both of whom earned the Greek Islands incentive trip and we are due to set sail in July next year.

This past week, they both (and I!) have walked the stage at OnStage in recognition of the achievements, so I took the opportunity to send them a little something in the post to celebrate too. It’s a gift that I hope they’ll use on the trip, and with it, I created 2 matching cards.

I went for the sentiment from the A Big Thank You stamp set as it was just perfect. They are the best!

And I stamped everything with Blackberry Bliss, blending the colours a little on the flowers with Wink of Stella and adding in a trio of faceted dots too.

I have the greatest privilege to work with an incredible team across Europe and we have many who are aiming for our incentive trip to Maui. I’ve promised them that if 6 of us achieve it, I will don a coconut bikini and a grass skirt for the day, allowing them as many photo opportunities as they want. What have I set myself up for???
