#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Reinforced Lidded Box Tutorial using Petal Promenade
EDIT – The Year End Close Out sale launched in the middle of the night with some amazing discounts and ‘while stocks last’ sales too. So I’m diving in here to add to this blog post so that everyone gets an alert! x
I feel like declaring today “Pretty Box Day” because this paper has made my box, very pretty indeed!
The paper is doing all the hard work for me in terms of looks, but I do like to take a little credit for pulling it all together!
I have to confess, I think I like my original Fresh Fig and Soft Sea Foam version better, but that’s the joy of SU paper, you can put together colour combinations that suit you (well the recipient!) perfectly.
And my lovely 4 x 4 x 2″ (10 x 10 x 5cm) box is a great gift box.
I’ve reinforced the lid, no-one likes gaping sides do they?
And of course, added in Wink of Stella along with some stamping too. I decided to use the All the Good Things stamp set, but didn’t want to use the images, so I simply covered part of the stamp up, inked it up and got the greeting I wanted. But don’t worry, it’s all in the video!
Have a great Wednesday!

Brilliant ideas x
Very pretty.
Why wink of stella is called wink of stella! – Wink of Stella Brush Markers have a nylon brush tip that’s great for adding shimmer and shine … Named for the sparkle this constellation brings to the night sky.
I love this little box, love that reinforced lid. So pretty. Thanks!
Hey!
I am a norwegian just loving all your beautyful boxes!! I` m saving as many as I can! And all your lovely papers!!! Its a big sorrow for me to be unable to buy StampinUp products to Norway! USA don’t send to us! I have tried several times! If I find something on Ebay, it’s SO expencive, and the postage is even more than the actual product,,
If you, or anybody else, have a good idea on how I can get hold of some products, I would be very thankful,
Thank you again for all your inspiration!!
